G’day Everyone. A little disappointed it’s not on Free Tv beihg a pensioner like many others in my age group don.t have Pay TV. Being a fisherman for 70 years and still go beach fishing I like to sit and watch a good TV fishing show. Most other Fishing shows can be seen on Free To Air Tv so like a lot others am disappointed. I have all Mark Bergs Dvds.Sorry about the whinge keep the good gear coming Bigfoot & Yowie

my partner loves the show, glued to the tv every sat. At the moment quite ill and the only enjoyment he gets is from watching the fishing show. Would love for him to get on that fishing addiction comp.
i enjoy each show that i can get away to watch at the moment as i am currently deployed overseas and don’t have an opportunity to get out for a fish, really enjoyed a show a few weeks ago with the monster GT on the run awesome show definately getting a few of the boys hooked on it as well

My husband Peter and I were just entralled with your Fishing Addiction in Gove with Peter and his son Paul. To be looking at another father (Peter) and Paul (son) combination was uncanny. Our son Paul lives about 1000 kms from us. Peter was diagnosed with bladder cancer about seven years ago and lost a kidney in Oct 09 and his bladder in April 2011. Although the road has been tough, he is now out of pain and looking to the future. Because of his cancer, he was forced to give up farming nearly three years ago. Farming has been his life and fishing his choice of sport – he is forever talking about catching some really nice fish, especially snapper. An opportunity like this would be the fulfilment of a dream for him.
Hi Mark,
I’m still waiting to see you surprise a female for her fishing trip of a lifetime.
What do you do if you don’t have someone at home to organize the surprise for you?
Because its usually is the wife, girlfriend, female who does this.
Is this why there hasn’t been any females on your how.
Very disappointed
Sharon
Hi Mark,
Would love to get picked to go on your ultimate fishing adventure with my son – i’ve signed up for the newsletter, is that all i have to do to go into the running?

Hi Mark,
Do you only choose folks in Australia? I am considered a California Red Neck and “LOVE” to fish! I really enjoy your show and look forward to it every week. My buddy and I have been Ocean Kayak fishing for 2 years now and absolutely love it! We would love a shot at getting to fish with you on Fishing addiction and I can tell you you wouldn’t regret inviting a couple of Characters like us!
Sincerely,
Chris and Mike
Mark my name is joan Dixon my husband is a fishaholic .But due to a heavy work load we are self employed transport operators trading as Heavy Haulage in Roma He drives his Cat Loaders Western star trucks & loves your show he is a very happy man always pulling a joke out or getting up to mischief he is 59 now .He lost his mum to cancer in January 6th.2012 & he really does need to get away for a break we go to Karumba at Easter time & Gladstone in December for 3weeks with our 3 grandchildren all avid fisherman only 6& 8 year old. Love your show hope to see you around God Bless Joan Dixon
Awesome show Mark, just wish I could get on it.
Hi Mark!
Have watched your show a few times & it’s so refreshing to see a “down to earth” production. Not something sculpted & not real. I saw that you have a competition whereby you take the winner fishing somewhere. I’d like to know how to apply. I’ve had a very rough few years & I’ve been looking after my family a lot (here & there etc) for a while. I’d like a small break to catch some great fish. I’ve fished the NT, QLD, WA & NSW. All different ways in different situations. But my major dream is to create a fly & catch a trout on it.
Anyway, I’m sure there’s a lot of other people more worthy than I for this competition. But, well, ya gotta be in it to win it I suppose.
Thanx mate.
Keep up the good work.
